Over night Buckwheat is one of my go-to breakfasts, especially when I know I won’t have much time in the morning. I make it the night before and it requires minimal effort!
Buckwheat is overwhelmingly nutritious and is said to lower blood sugar levels and insulin resistance which is so perfect for PCOS sufferers!
It is also gluten-free and packed with magnesium and fibre! A perfect meal for breakfast!
1 cup buckwheat grouts
1 cup Rebel Kitchen Chocolate Mylk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1. In an air-tight container mix the buckwheat grouts, chia seeds and mylk until well combined.
2. Pop in the fridge over-night to set.
3. Enjoy straight out of the container or add toppings for a more indulgent breakfast fix!
