HEY, I’M SARAH & WELCOME TO MY LITTLE BLOG.
I’m a twenty something Londoner, living in East London who began sharing my life on this blog to feed my passion for food & share my PCOS journey with the world.
In 2014, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which is a common condition that affects 1 in every 10 young women. When I was diagnosed, I had very little information on what PCOS was or how I could manage it, in-fact, I was simply told by my GP that my chances of having children were minimal & then my appointment was over. I was left a little shell-shocked & confused but began my own research into living with PCOS & this is where my journey started, drastically changing my life & my relationship with food, hormones & my body.
I set up this blog initially to share the recipes I was creating alongside my PCOS journey. Working as an actress at the time, food & wellness quickly became a huge part of my life & I accidentally found myself delving into a career in the wellness industry. I now create recipes & content for brands & bloggers, as well as working as a food stylist & yoga teacher in London.
