Vanilla Chia Pudding with an Acai Smoothie

Teaming my two favourite breakfasts together, what could be more perfect?



For the Chia Seed Pudding


2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maca powder (optional)


1. In an air-tight container, combine all of the ingredients.

2. Leave to sit over night in the fridge.

3. Transfer the pudding mix into a jar.

For the Acai Smoothie


1 banana

1 tbsp acai powder

1/3 cup frozen raspberries

Handful of spinach

1/2 cup almond milk


1. Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until well combined and creamy.

2. Pour over the chia seed pudding and top with granola.

3. Enjoy with a spoon!
