I am a self-confessed health food addict, actress and avid traveller and decided to make this blog to feed my addiction and to share my happenings.
In 2014, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which is a common condition that affects 1 in every 10 young women. When I was diagnosed, I was told that my chances in ever having children were massively decreased and left to my own devises. Being told this, drastically changed my life and my relationship with food.
Through extensive research I learnt to treat my condition through good nutrition and regular exercise, cutting out sugar and upping my intake of greens and protein. I have had so much fun creating delicious recipes that have enhanced my life dramatically.
I hope to inspire many other young women who share my condition or just anyone ready to ditch toxic foods and eat wholesomely and naturally for good!
