From the comfort & ease of your own home, join me on Zoom for my online Yoga Classes. Let me create the space for you to move intuitively & comfortably into your own body. My classes are a mix of meditation, pranayama, slow flow and dynamic vinyasa flows, designed for all levels & with a real emphasis on moving very honestly; giving your body rest whenever it needs it.
