This nourishing flow invites space into our outer hips & hamstrings. Particularly lovely if you’ve been running a lot. It also moves into our spine strength, finding twists and openings to support the body. As ever, tune into your own energy when flowing as there are offerings for more or less throughout.
For this practice you will need a strap & a block. (A dressing gown cord, tie or belt work well for a strap & big book or tupperware work for a block)
