Give your outer hips & hammies some love with this fluid Vinyasa flow. Great for runners as a post-run flow or anyone who wants to take care of their body. We will also be exploring our spine strength, finding twists and openings to support the body. Move intuitively through what your body is feeling and what has brought you to the mat for this practice. You’ll need something that can act as a yoga block (like a big book or even tupperware) and something that you can use as a strap (dressing gown cord, belt or tie work well).
