Aparigraha is the practice of non-attachment; to physical things, to ourselves and to holding on to the past and also the future. This flow is an extension of that practice; letting go of the idea that in order to practice yoga you must “perfect” the postures. We are constantly ebbing & flowing so enjoy this flow for how it speaks to your present self & if you can’t “do it all” then let go of the attachment that you need to.
