This flow will move into the strength of your spine but in a soft, gooey, nurturing way. A lovely practice to re-ground but also naturally great for digestion as we twist. Practice as ever with as many variations as you like. There are some stronger balances but be playful.
I am not demo-ing very much in this class due to an injury so see that as an invitation to ignore me and tune into your own practice.
