This week’s flow is an open invitation to feel into what we’re feeling without judgement with knowledge that we will have ebbs and flows of darkness and light and to feel encouraged by that.
Physically, we’ll be working through the flow to open up the shoulders and hips in prep for Bird of Paradise pose with a long savasana at the end.
