This Twisted Vinyasa yoga flow was coined the “spicy flow”, inviting a lot of twists & getting the body quite heated. A great flow for re-energising the body or if you have a lot of energy, this might be what you need to move through in order to settle at the end. As always, practice in your own way & rest whenever you need to.
Start seated for this in a crossed legged seat (the recording missed me saying this).
