This flow is all about re-connection. Giving yourself the permission to check in & see how you’re feeling; taking the time to navigate those sensations and emotions and to move forward with care. A chance to come back to yourself and re-connect.
We’ll also be working in to the hips to release any held tension and emotion that is so often stored there.
