This vinyasa flow gets into our outer hips and explores our spine strength, finding twists and openings to support the body. Move intuitively through what your body is feeling and what has brought you to the mat for this practice.
For this practice you will need a strap & a block. (A dressing gown cord, tie or belt work well for a strap & big book or tupperware work for a block)
