I’m so thrilled to be joining the Yoga Brunch club & founder Clem Balfour at the beautifully calming space at 42 Acres in Shoreditch for a morning of yoga & brunch with the brilliant Kimberly Parsons.
This is the perfect opportunity to press reset before the mayhem of the festive season takes over. Enjoy an energising 75 minute morning yoga session led by me, followed by a refreshing LA Brewery Kombucha and three-course sit down brunch prepared by chef and author of ‘The Yoga Kitchen’, Kimberly Parsons.
Kimberly’s passion for food comes from her Sicilian family roots and culminated in her opening a chain of London health cafe’s in 2013 called ‘Retreat’ cafe. Kimberly spends her time cooking on health retreats all over the world and resides in the English countryside where she cooks bespoke healthy meals for many celebrity and private clients delivering them to doorsteps all over London.
This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose.
