Norfolk March Yoga Retreat

Join me on 3rd-5th March 2023 for the ultimate nature immersive retreat at the breathtakingly beautiful Fritton Lake in Norfolk.

I am so thrilled to be bringing you this very special yoga retreat in the depths of the countryside, where you can both reconnect to yourself and to the beauty of nature.

Our home for the weekend, Fritton Lake, is just a few hours from London but worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a rejuvenating yet sustainable escape in the Norfolk countryside. Not only will we be diving into soothing and invigorating yoga practices but this weekend is a real chance to elevate your endorphins; enjoying the ultimate escape with activities in nature and locally sourced seasonal food by head chef Chris Barlett.

We’ll be cosying up and staying in the 16th Century Clubhouse in the heart of the grounds, with roaring fires and luxury rooms to rest and recharge. And moments away from the two-mile long natural lake which even has its own floating sauna (if you’re feeling brave you can lake swim and sauna in one activity). Plus, over 1,000 acres of unspoilt woodland and lush meadows to explore. There is also a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts and stand up paddle boarding if you’re after a weekend of activities. Or simply curl up with a book by the fire or by the lake if you’re in need of a bigger rest and recharge.

This truly is such a magical spot and I am so excited to be guiding this retreat where we can really just have the best time together!

    Hi Sarah:)
This is Marit from Norway. I`m thinking about joining your retreat in Norfolk the weekend 4-6th of March.
Arriving London the 3rd, so it should be enough time to catch the train the 4th and get to your place.
    It looks beautiful!
Done yoga for several years, different types. Vinyasa i think is what i´ve done the most, but familiar with yin, ashtanga, some jivamukti. But i´m really there justr for the experience, another place, meet others, enjoying a good time.
I can share room. What would the price be?
Look forward to hear from you.

How much would it be to have a room on my own? Thank you
